Stayed for 3 nights, situated in a quieter area of Amsterdam but within 15 minutes walk of Central Station and 20-30 minute walk to the centre,with plenty of shops and restaurants on route. Rooms had everything that you need with very comfortable beds , very clean.Reception staff very welcoming and helpful,we asked the staff to chill a bottle of Prosecco for us for a birthday celebration which was not an issue and when we returned to the hotel there was balloons,a card and chocolates on the bed which was very appreciated The continental breakfast selection was very good with lots of choice. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, so we knew exactly what to expect. Thankfully we were not disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights in total. Yes the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the main Station or approximately a 5- 7 minute walk from Waterlooplein metro station and is in a quieter area but that didn’t bother us as we hadn’t come for the nightlife. The ladies on reception were very welcoming and friendly. At the time of booking, we had asked for the same room as last time but that wasn’t available. The receptionist apologised and said they had put us in the same room but on the next floor up, which we were more than happy about as this meant we would be at the back of the hotel and get a view over the canal. We did arrive before the check in time and the hotel happily stored our cases while we went to explore. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was big and had shampoo and body wash provided. At night the hotel was quiet so it meant a good night’s sleep was had. The breakfast was continental - pancakes, croissants, bread, cheese, cold meat, yoghurt, fruit, doughnuts, cakes and boiled eggs. The only thing I was disappointed with is that they had ran out of breakfast tea on the last day. I asked the lady working in the restaurant and she said she couldn’t find any so they must have ran out. We had also run out in our room so I had to go without. After checkout, the receptionist again happily stored our cases safely so that we could have the final day in Amsterdam without lugging our cases with us. All in all we were not disappointed with our stay and it lived up to our expectations. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future (I’d just make sure I bring tea bags with me)

We stayed here for two nights before a River Cruise. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff, reception, breakfast staff, cleaners etc. Every member was so helpful, polite and would go that bit extra to help make your stay the best experience. The hotel is well situated and easy walking to a number of restaurants and tourist spots.

This hotel is located an easy 15 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station, and is in a fantastic location for getting around. After a very early flight we arrived at the hotel late morning and was pleasantly surprised to get an early check in. Our room was on the front of the hotel which despite facing a main road was very quiet. The room was bright and spacious, the beds were comfy. The bathroom had a large shower and was nice and modern. My only gripe (and it’s a small one) was the room was not serviced every day despite putting out our little sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned. The safe was also problematic and didn’t always lock! If you like a cuppa in your room consider taking your own tea and coffee as ours was not replenished throughout our stay. Once again wasn’t a big problem for me. The complimentary breakfast as lovely and plentiful which was a bonus as we were not expecting much. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s basic but perfect for a short stay in this beautiful city.

Cute hotel, convenient to central Amsterday. Small room with 2 single beds, comfortable. Great shower! Clean. Front desk staff very helpful and breakfast (part of services) was really good...lots of choices: juices, coffee, breads and muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal. Pancakes; staff very nice.
